Booking & Reservations

How can I book a room?

You can book through our online reservation system, call us at +255 766 555 442, or send a WhatsApp message to the same number. Walk-in guests are also welcome, subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (TZS), mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), and online payments via Pesapal (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is accepted upon check-in or in advance for online bookings.

Can I pay when I arrive, or is prepayment required?

For direct bookings, you can pay upon arrival. Online bookings through our website are processed securely via Pesapal. No prepayment is required for phone or WhatsApp bookings.

How do I confirm my booking?

After booking online, you will receive a confirmation email. For phone bookings, our team will confirm your reservation via WhatsApp or SMS with your booking reference.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a charge of one night’s stay. Same-day bookings are non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to request this. Additional charges may apply.

What room types are available?

We offer four room categories: Standard (TZS 30,000), Superior (TZS 45,000), Deluxe (TZS 70,000), and King (TZS 100,000). All rooms include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and complimentary breakfast. See full details on our Rooms page.

Is breakfast included?

Yes! Complimentary breakfast is included with every room booking. Our restaurant serves breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel — in all rooms, the restaurant, and common areas.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we provide free secure on-site parking for all guests. The parking area is monitored 24/7.

Do you have a restaurant?

Yes, our on-site restaurant serves local Tanzanian and continental cuisine. The restaurant is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Room service is also available 24/7.

Are pets allowed?

We regret that pets are not permitted at Korogwe Comfort Hotel, with the exception of certified service animals.

Where is Korogwe Comfort Hotel located?

Majengo Street, Korogwe District, Tanga, Tanzania. We are centrally located in Korogwe town, just minutes from the main bus stand.

How far is Korogwe from Dar es Salaam?

Can you arrange transport to the Usambara Mountains?

Yes, our front desk can help arrange transport to Lushoto and the Usambara Mountains. The drive takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
