At Korogwe Comfort Hotel, we understand that travel plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle reservation cancellations, changes, no-shows, and refunds for both direct and online bookings.
1. Cancellation Policy
a) Standard Bookings
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
b) Same-Day Bookings
- Bookings made on the same day of check-in are non-refundable and cannot be canceled without charge.
c) No-Shows
- Guests who do not arrive without prior notice (no-show) will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
2. Refund Policy
a) Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable when:
- The cancellation is made according to the timelines stated above
- A booking was charged in error
- A duplicate booking was made by mistake
b) Refund Method
If eligible, refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method used
- Within 1 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
- Through Pesapal for online payments, subject to their refund processing rules
Please note that transaction or processing fees may be deducted by Pesapal and are non-refundable.
3. Modifications
We allow free modification of booking dates (subject to room availability) up to 24 hours before check-in. To modify your booking, contact us as soon as possible.
